Take your expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology to the next level with this dynamic contract opportunity in the vibrant Nogales, AZ area for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position offers the chance to work across two elementary settings, providing transformative speech therapy services to support students’ communication growth.

In this role, you’ll manage a caseload comprised of 25 students with Speech-Language Impairment (SLI) requiring dedicated case management, while also delivering impactful services to an additional 35 students—totaling approximately 60 remarkable young learners. Your skills and compassion will turn communication barriers into breakthroughs and make a lasting difference in their academic journeys.

Desired qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license in Arizona, or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication abilities
• Commitment to creating an inclusive, nurturing, and effective learning environment

Key responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication needs for elementary-aged students
• Regularly document student progress and maintain thorough, confidential records
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Provide case management for SLI-only students and deliver direct therapy for a broader caseload
• Engage in school-based meetings, follow district policies, and contribute proactively to student success
