Works Plumbing in Pacifica, CA is looking to hire full-time and part-time Plumbing Dispatchers / Customer Service Representatives . Are you great on the phone? This Plumbing Customer Service Representative position pays a competitive hourly wage . We have flexible schedules available with no mandatory work on Saturdays and Sundays and no mandatory on-call . For those who would like to work on Saturdays, we offer an optional shift. We also offer medical, dental, life insurance, paid vacation, paid time off (PTO), and on-the-job training . ABOUT WORKS PLUMBING

Since 2000, Works Plumbing has provided full-service plumbing maintenance and repairs, as well as clogged drain cleaning, 24 hours a day. We also specialize in water heater repairs and installations. We understand the desire for affordable, efficient, and quality services. To save our clients' money, we constantly evaluate our operating costs. Reducing wasteful spending is how we're able to deliver pricing that won't break the bank ' without sacrificing top-quality services.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As a Plumbing Customer Service Representative, you arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible. Most of your day is spent in an office environment on the phone or computer. You receive incoming client calls assist them with their plumbing needs and dispatch service calls to field technicians.

With great attention to detail, you schedule calls to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You keep clients updated and informed. You enjoy interacting with our clients and technicians and love keeping busy with a variety of tasks. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent communication and phone skills
Happy and positive attitude
Basic computer skills
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
