As a Registered Nurse PICU, your voice to influence patient care is valued and empowered at every turn – whether through open, collaborative relationships with your direct manager or more formal opportunities through hospital councils and national nursing initiatives. You'll help shape decisions that elevate both patient outcomes and the future of nursing.

Provides professional nursing care within the PICU; coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Provides care that meets the psycho-social, physical and general aspects of care.

What qualifications you will need:

• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• 1 year minimum acute care experience as a RN in Critical Care
