Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for clients to accurately evaluate their mental health status, identifying concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Create personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, aligning therapeutic approaches with the specific needs and preferences of each client.

• Offer individual counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist clients in developing coping strategies and solving personal issues.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions when appropriate, focusing on shared experiences among clients to promote peer support and healing.

• Continuously monitor clients’ progress throughout therapy, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure sustained improvement and engagement.

• Document client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans with accuracy and in compliance with HIPAA regulations, utilizing electronic medical records (EMRs).

• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health counselors to provide comprehensive care to clients.
