This role will play an important part in coordinating projects, organizing data, and supporting cross-team initiatives that help ensure schools are positioned to serve more students effectively.We are seeking a Project Support Specialist who is:Solutions-Oriented: A proactive problem solver with strong organizational and coordination skills, capable of supporting complex initiatives and ensuring projects move efficiently from planning to execution.Dedicated to Making an Impact: Motivated to contribute to meaningful educational work that supports school growth and positively impacts students and their futures.Adaptable and Collaborative: Open-minded, flexible, and ready to contribute in diverse ways to a dynamic, mission-driven team.Aligned with Our Core Values: Embodying values such as mutual trust, mutual respect, compassion, integrity, and resilience.Organized and Quick to Learn: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to quickly learn new systems and processes in a fast-paced environment.As a Project Support Specialist, you will:Support School Growth Initiatives:Assist in coordinating initiatives that strengthen enrollment across Pathways schools by maintaining dashboards, monitoring enrollment trends, and compiling insights that inform outreach and support data-informed decision-making.Coordinate School Openings/Key School Projects:Support the planning and implementation of new school openings and other key projects by maintaining project timelines, tracking key milestones, and ensuring coordination across departments.Assist with Outreach and Partnership Coordination:Help identify and organize outreach opportunities with community partners, events, and organizations that strengthen school visibility and support enrollment growth.Ensure Project Execution and Alignment:Track progress across initiatives, organize documentation, and support communication between school leaders and internal teams to ensure initiatives move forward efficiently.Collaborate Across Teams:Work closely with school leadership, marketing, operations, and implementation teams to support coordinated execution of initiatives that strengthen enrollment systems and school operations.Location and Work Environment:Pathways Management Group is based in Pasadena, CA. While the majority of our team enjoys the flexibility of working from home, this role requires a commitment to spend 20–30 days per year at our corporate office for company events and professional development opportunities.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:Knowledge of project coordination and organizational planning methodsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to track and manage multiple projects and deadlinesAbility to collaborate effectively across teams and support cross-department initiativesAbility to learn quickly and adapt to evolving prioritiesEducation and Experience:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred2–4 years of experience in project coordination or program support preferredExperience in a charter school or education organization preferredExperience supporting multifaceted projects, data tracking, outreach initiatives, or enrollment-related work preferredPay: $28.00 - $31.50 Depending on Experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Pathways in Education
