What We Need We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Massage Therapist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our clinic runs smoothly and that our patients receive top-notch service. Job Summary Massage Therapists will provide therapeutic deep tissue massages tailored to the patient’s needs to help them to create new, healthier muscle holding patterns and to complement their chiropractic adjustments. Massage Therapists are part of the team helping the patient work towards achieving their health goals established in the office. Responsibilities Perform massage therapy for up to 90 minutes Engage in customer service activities and maintain a positive attitude at all times with patients Arrive well before appointments in order to prepare for massage therapy sessions Schedule patients for massage therapy sessions Call patients to follow-up on missed massage therapy sessions Full adherence to hand washing and personal hygiene requirements Consistent maintenance and cleaning of equipment/ massage rooms Requirements Valid Massage Therapy License in the state Customer Service experience with one on one interactions Our Ideal Candidate Has customer service experience and a genuine passion for helping others Demonstrates strong multitasking abilities and a history of managing multiple responsibilities effectively Possesses superior communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to connect with and motivate people Embodies our core values: Inspirational, Disciplined, Accountable, Transparent, Aligned, and Results-driven Position Details Hours Open: Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Compensation: $29.00 per hour Negotiable hours worked weekly, consistent schedules Part Time and Full time available Benefits/Perks Complimentary Chiropractic Care Employee Discount Paid Annual Staff Development Weekend Flexible Schedule Supplemental Pay Bonus pay Tips How to Apply If you’re ready to be part of a dynamic team and make a real difference in the world of chiropractic care, we’d love to chat.
