Lab Technician

Job Overview Apex Systems is seeking a Quality Technician for a Food client located near Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Responsibilities Perform testing on samples (pH, viscosity, NI, wet chemistry, microbiology, etc.) Review results and communicate issues. Maintain records, logs, and notebooks. Order supplies and maintain inventory. Perform sensory testing. Requirements Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Food Science, or a science‑related field.
