Travel Physical Therapist (PT) Company : Fusion Medical Staffing Location : Caldwell, Texas Assignment : 12‑week travel assignment Job Details Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a skilled Physical Therapist for a 12‑week travel assignment in Caldwell, Texas. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. The PT will work in hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers, create evidence‑based treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Required Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) Preferred Qualifications Doctorate degree in physical therapy Experience in physical therapy (new graduates welcome) Additional certifications or licenses as required for the position Summary The PT evaluates patients’ physical conditions using standardized tests, clinical examinations, and patient history to identify functional limitations and treatment needs. Personalized rehabilitation programs are developed and implemented using exercise, manual therapy, and modalities. The PT documents progress, collaborates with healthcare providers, educates patients and caregivers, and maintains a safe treatment environment.
