About the Position
Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: RN Step Down Specialty: RN Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: - Extensive experience with surgical patient population and telemetry Description: The patient population includes post open heart, heart transplant, LVAD, leg bypass, rib resections, and pneumonectomy. Candidates must demonstrate a solid understanding of care for surgical patients. Telemetry experience is required for this position. The role demands strong assessment skills and the ability to handle complex medical situations. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective patient interaction and collaboration with the healthcare team.
