Client Services Representative

To support the quality and efficiency of client workflows, the full-time Client Operations Representative will manage accounts receivable, oversee day-to-day planning, and act as the primary point of contact for clients in a 100% remote environment. Key responsibilities: Proactively manage aging accounts and ensure timely follow-ups using account status auditing tools Monitor client collections, report discrepancies, and resolve open incidents and tickets promptly Maintain accurate Wiki documentation and deliver client-specific reports within established timelines Required qualifications: GED/High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in a healthcare-related environment or industry 3+ years of clerical experience with strong organizational and multitasking skills 2+ years of experience in analytical thinking and problem-solving Understanding of billing and recovery cycles, as well as HIPAA regulations
