Job Summary Adoration Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health team in Ringgold, GA . As a Home Health LPN, you will deliver expert, patient‑centered care in a supportive environment where your skills and empathy truly shine. Location & Schedule Office Location: Ringgold, GA . Coverage area: Whitfield County and surrounding counties . Schedule: Full time, Monday‑Friday visits. Sign‑On Bonus $5,000 sign‑on bonus for external candidates only. Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed per the plan of care and assessment results. Accurately document all nursing actions and communicate with families, case managers, and physicians, including progress and outcomes for established goals and informing them of changes in the client's condition and needs. Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate amounts are always on hand. Ensure all patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions. Qualifications LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and state of residence. Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance. CPR professional certification. 1+ year of nursing experience preferred. Home health care experience preferred.
