Compensation: $90k - $100k (depending on experience) + benefits

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Therapist to join our behavioral health and addiction treatment team.

The Therapist will provide high-quality clinical services to individuals receiving treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders across detox, residential, and outpatient levels of care.

This position is ideal for a clinician who is comfortable working in a multidisciplinary treatment environment and experienced with assessments, individual and group therapy, treatment documentation, crisis intervention, and evidence-based approaches to addiction treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and support individualized treatment planning.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients in addiction treatment.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and relapse-prevention strategies.
• Complete ASAM assessments and required LPHA documentation accurately and within required timelines.
• Review and sign clinical documentation as required within the LPHA role.
• Monitor client progress, symptoms, treatment needs, and potential safety concerns.
• Provide crisis intervention and clinical support as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director, Program Manager, nursing staff, case management, and other members of the multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, staff meetings, trainings, and professional development.
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Maintain professional and ethical boundaries with clients and colleagues.
• Help create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic treatment environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Current and active clinical license such as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC
• Previous experience in substance use disorder and/or mental health treatment preferred.
• Detox or residential treatment experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of co-occurring disorders, trauma-informed care, relapse prevention, and addiction treatment.
• Experience completing ASAM assessments strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary treatment environment.
• Strong commitment to ethical clinical practice and quality client care.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a licensed behavioral health professional with experience treating individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Candidates with previous detox or residential treatment experience, familiarity with ASAM criteria, and strong clinical documentation skills are highly encouraged to apply.
