We're seeking a friendly, fun and energetic Shift Manager to join an already awesome team that's ready to welcome in a new addition. Someone who will play their part in ensuring a great environment for our other team members and excellent care for our guests.
Are you a Certified Swing Manager? we're looking for outgoing, positive people who want to work alongside our awesome team! Successful Shift Managers are high energy, hardworking and eager to create memorable moments for every guest, every day. The day-to-day responsibilities will include ensuring successful shifts, cash handling and verification, positioning crew members in beneficial positions, task assignment, customer service, working the cash register and drive-thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/grill, and more. We know our team is essential to the day-to-day operations and making sure that our guests leave happy and satisfied.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of either McDonald's Shift Manager experience OR of verifiable QSR Shift Manager experience.
- Open availability preferred, current manager's ServSafe Certificate.
- Must love to smile, laugh & have fun!
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift up to 50 lbs.
- Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
