This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience./ppKey responsibilities include:/pulliCoordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control/liliManage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews/liliCommunicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities/liliDocument a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided/liliManage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects/liliCommunicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues/li/ulpAdditional responsibilities:/pulliCommunicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety/liliManage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly/liliCoach and train restoration technicians/li/ulpPosition requirements:/pulliValid drivers license/liliHigh school diploma/GED (preferred)/liliAt least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction/liliIICRC certification a plus, not required/li/ulpSkills/physical demands/competencies:/pulliAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance/liliAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)/liliAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects/liliAbility to work with/around cleaning agents/liliAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law/li/ulpCompensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour/p/div
