Record Center Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in document management and storage solutions, is seeking a Record Center Specialist to join their team. As a Record Center Specialist, you will be part of the operations department supporting the logistics and storage teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, physical stamina, and reliability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Record Center Specialist

Location: Chicago, IL

Pay Rate: $17.68

Shift: 08:00:AM - 04:30:PM

What's the Job?

• Process orders and move boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials

• Manually lift, carry, and load storage boxes ranging from 10 to over 100 lbs

• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely

• Track and manage inventory using proprietary computer systems

• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all physical tasks

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 lbs regularly without assistance

• Physical stamina to kneel, squat, reach, and bend frequently throughout shifts

• Basic reading and writing skills in English

• Attention to safety and detail in handling materials

• Previous experience in a physical or warehouse environment is a plus but not required
