- Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual needs and craft personalized therapy regimes that empower patients to accomplish their functional aspirations.
- Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Employ best-practice methods to advance patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Interact closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic, coordinated care.
- Guide Patients and Caregivers: Provide education to patients and their families about techniques that encourage continued progress post-therapy.
- Track Progress and Adapt Strategies: Monitor clinical results and adjust treatment plans accordingly, guaranteeing patients remain on the right path.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school
- Ongoing education or advanced certifications are welcomed and supported
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
