LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) – PRN | Weekly Pay | Flexible Schedule

Pay: $26-$30 per hour (based on facility and shift)
Position Type: PRN / As Needed

What You'll Do

As a PRN LPN, you will:

Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice
Monitor and assess patient conditions
Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, CNAs, and facility staff
Follow facility policies, procedures, and care plans
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
Maintain professionalism and strong communication during every assignment

Requirements

Active, unrestricted LPN license
Minimum of 1 year of recent licensed nursing experience preferred
Current TB test (or willingness to obtain one)
Current CPR/BLS certification
CPR/BLS must be instructor-led and completed in person (online-only certifications are not accepted)
Reliable transportation
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to work PRN and maintain reliable communication with our staffing team

Important PRN Expectations

To remain active with Vital Medical Staffing, nurses must:

Work a minimum of 2 shifts per month
Keep their availability updated
Respond promptly to shift requests and recruiter communications
Arrive on time and prepared for assignments
Maintain professionalism with facility staff and patients
