Do you like working with your hands? Do you enjoy variety in your work? Surface Experts Technician might be the job for you! Enjoy using your creativity to problem-solve repairs that typically take less than an hour.

We Offer:

• Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
• Pay raise once fully competent in role.
• limited weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime will be available at times)

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do

Hiring Process

• Within 24-48 hours: A team member will reach out to all applicants
• We will establish the process and what to expect

Duties:

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
• Communicate with the support team with questions
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity
