Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities Work in the areas of Merchandising, Operations, Customer Service, and HR Conduct interviews for new candidates Conduct performance reviews for current team members Ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience Hire, train, supervise and mentor a team of Associates Manage the daily activity of the sales floor, backroom/backstock, and inventory Ensure store stays clean and organized Review reports daily to track inventory and ensure we have the maximum amount of product on the sales floor Improve store layout and efficiency This is a salaried position with varying hours Requirements Two years of retail leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager Excellent interpersonal, strong communication, and follow through skills Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a team of 10-15 employees Work with and embrace a very diverse group of employees and customers Reliable transportation Must be available some evenings, weekends, & holidays Must be familiar with both men and women’s (young adult) fashion trends Benefits A fun retail environment Competitive pay AWESOME discounts Bonus opportunities Paid Time Off Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year We are an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
