More about our team Working as a team, respond, treat, and react quickly and calmly to emergency and non-emergency situations to provide efficient and immediate, advanced and basic life support, care to the ill and injured. Be responsible for schedules and coverage if other personnel are not available to cover a shift. Shift work requires a mixture of days, nights, and twenty-four-hour coverage to ensure adequate coverage for the service. What we're looking for The following qualifications are the minimum requirements necessary to adequately perform this job.However, an equivalent combination of experience, education and training which provides the necessary knowledge skills and abilities would be acceptable, subject to any legal and/or regulatory requirements. High School Diploma required.Associate's degree or higher is preferred. Current North Carolina Paramedic, National Registry Preferred. Two years' experience as a full time Paramedic desired AHA, ARC, ASHI/HSI CPR AHA, ARC, ASHI/HSI ACLS/ALS AHA, ARC, ASHI/HSI PALS, or PEPP BTLS/PHTLS/ITLS/TECC or TCCC , acquire within 6 months, then maintain thereafter More about Harris Regional Medical Center People are our passion and purpose.
