SPA Servicing Associate

What You'll Be Doing The SPA (Stifel Pledge Asset) Servicing Associate is responsible for interacting with customers to provide general information in response to inquiries about products and services. What We're Looking For Responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving conflicts, and communicating effectively. Accurately post payments, process manual billings, and accrual adjustments accordingly. Answering customer inquiries via phone and email. Maintain quality customer service by accurately and promptly processing loan payments, disbursements, and payoffs. Images daily activity for retention. Performs maintenance on clients' loans as required by documentation received. What You'll Bring Understand and comply with all regulations, including the Community Reinvestment Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, etc. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures. Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively during inter-departmental and external interactions. Strong knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. Education & Experience Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum Required: 0-2 years of customer service experience. Licenses & Credentials Minimum Required: None. Systems & Technology Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
