Kitchen SupervisorResponsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of kitchen and cafeteria workers, preparing and cooking foods for hospital patients, staff, and visitors.Educational and/or Professional Qualifications:High school diploma or GED preferred.Extensive food services experience, preferably five years minimum in a professional setting.Other Special Training/Skills:Knowledge of general diets and policies for quality control in food service.Computer literate.Numerical and clerical ability to calculate recipe and menu formulations.
