We’re looking for a sales-focused leader ready to dominate the Santa Rosa market.

In this high-energy role, you’ll lead both internal sales growth through the route team and external market expansion through the outside sales team. You’ll set the pace, drive accountability, and ensure every opportunity—from upselling an existing customer to winning a major new account—is captured.

Pay Range

$90,000 - $100,000 or more per year of total compensation

As Branch Sales Growth Leader, you’ll build the strategy, coach execution, and celebrate the wins that fuel both.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the route sales team to identify upselling opportunities and deepen customer relationships.
• Drive outside sales performance through coaching, prospecting, and improving close rates.
• Develop branch-wide sales campaigns that align internal and external teams.
• Partner with operations to ensure service excellence supports every sales promise.
• Monitor KPIs and maintain a visible scoreboard to reinforce accountability.
• Recognize and celebrate wins to keep energy high and competition strong.
• Represent the branch at customer and community events across Sonoma County.
