RBT - Part-time

Wonder Star ABA provides in-home and school-based ABA therapy for children with autism across Ohio and Maryland. We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented RBT to join our team in South Vienna, OH, and help children build meaningful skills in their everyday environments. Position Details – RBT Type: Part-time Pay: $20–$27 per hour Hours: 18–20 hours per week Monday-Friday 1045-130 and Tuesday and Thursday 330-530 Schedule: Varies based on client needs; may include after-school/early evening hours What You'll Do (RBT) Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home and/or school-based settings in South Vienna, OH Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies as designed by a supervising BCBA Collect accurate, real-time data on client behavior and skill acquisition using provided tools Communicate session progress, concerns, and updates to the supervising BCBA and caregivers Follow all clinical, ethical, and safety guidelines to ensure high-quality, family-centered care What We're Looking For – RBT RBT certification in good standing Able to work onsite in South Vienna, OH Reliability and professionalism in client homes and school settings Clear, respectful communication with children, families, and clinical team members Benefits (RBT) Competitive hourly pay based on experience and certification Part-time schedule with some flexibility around client needs Opportunity to work directly with children and families in natural environments Ongoing collaboration and support from experienced ABA clinicians #J-18808-Ljbffr Easy Interview
