**Qualifications** *Required:* - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oklahoma (or compact license). - Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification. *Preferred/Required within timeframe after hire:* - TNCC and ENPC certifications (preferred). - Prior experience in Emergency Nursing, Critical Care, or high-acuity settings. **Skills & Abilities** - Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills. - Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and teamwork ability. - Competency in trauma care, cardiac care, and stabilizing critically ill patients. - Ability to remain calm and focused during high-stress situations.
