This organization is undergoing significant growth and transformation, creating an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager to provide strategic financial leadership within its Global Supply Chain Logistics function.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted business partner to supply chain and logistics leaders, driving financial performance, cost optimization, forecasting excellence, and strategic decision-making across a complex global logistics network. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, in a hybrid setting, or onsite. Job Description
The Senior Finance Manager, Global Supply Chain Logistics, will lead financial planning, analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives that support logistics operations on a global scale. This role will collaborate closely with supply chain, operations, procurement, and finance teams to improve visibility into logistics spending, drive cost savings initiatives, and support business transformation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with global logistics leadership to provide strategic and operational financial guidance.
• Drive logistics operational performance through financial analysis, reporting, and key performance metrics.
• Develop and standardize end-to-end reporting processes, tools, and analytics that improve operational effectiveness.
• Analyze logistics spend drivers and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Build market intelligence capabilities to assess external logistics trends and evaluate their impact on business operations.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, annual operating plans, strategic planning, and financial reporting processes.
• Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial review cycles, including month-end close and business reviews.
• Identify, validate, and monitor logistics cost-saving opportunities while supporting implementation efforts.
• Enhance visibility into the relationship between sales volume, demand planning, supply planning, and logistics costs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance, process alignment, and operational effectiveness across the global supply chain.
• Standardize and automate logistics spend reporting and financial statement impact analysis.
• Support ERP implementation and business transformation initiatives related to logistics operations.
• Ensure adherence to financial controls, policies, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications
Required

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, supply chain finance, or financial accounting.
• 3+ years of experience supporting logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain finance functions.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business partnership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex operational and financial data and translate insights into business recommendations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, procurement, and finance stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-making across organizational levels.

Preferred

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Deep expertise supporting global manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Experience with global execution models, governance frameworks, and process standardization initiatives.
• Proven ability to design and implement financial strategies that support logistics and supply chain performance.
• Experience developing global operating rhythms, reporting standards, and performance management processes.
• Demonstrated success leading continuous improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives.
• Strong coaching, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations and large-scale business transformation programs.
