Our ideal candidate has: Education in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience. Experience working in an Early Childhood Education facility, especially a Primrose School. Proficient knowledge in Power Point, Excel, Word, Database systems, and Social Media platforms. Organized and efficient management of tasks with limited oversight. Primary Responsibilities: Is jointly responsible for the overall safety and security of the school. Observes all rules and regulations at Primrose and the local, state or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children. Supports the needs of staff and parents and may act as a liaison with communication. Maintains an attractive, well-kept front desk area that welcomes all persons to our school. Receives all packages and tracks receipts. Orders and maintains stock of all office supplies. Creates newsletters and calendars for parent communication. Maintains the school website and assists with social media posts. Plans and participates in the implementation of all teacher and parent appreciations, and coordinates school events. Attends all required staff meetings, workshops and/or school functions. Maintains overall professional personal appearance adhering to the guidelines offered in the Employee Handbook. Receives and ensures compliance with all students files and updates as necessary. Create a culture of support within the school (for staff, families and children). Learn all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire. Manage operation of the school in the Director’s absence. Assist the Director to ensure maximum enrollment and effective cost control. Minimum Requirements: Provide a High School Diploma and/or College Transcripts Consent to a national background check upon hire, to include fingerprinting Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. Open Availability Weekdays from 6:00AM - 7:00PM (as needed) Benefits: (Full Time employees only) Starting pay is 33,000 - 35,000 based on experience and education.
