The role involves overseeing engineering staff, supporting building operations, developing strategic plans, and ensuring consistent maintenance management practices across the portfolio.Your day-to-day tasks will include:Leading and supporting the engineering staff to develop a high-performing teamSupporting building operations through integrated facilities management and engineeringDeveloping and maintaining a strategic plan for the engineering teamManaging the service center, security, data management, and EHS teamsIdentifying and mitigating risks to client facilitiesImplementing and managing computerized maintenance management systemsAdministering the JLL Engineering Services Compliance ProgramDeveloping and implementing training programs based on skills assessments and safety requirementsOverseeing the development and implementation of energy management programsDesired experience and technical skills:Required:Undergraduate degree in business administration, engineering, engineering technology, or related fieldMinimum 10 years of direct supervision of multi-building operationsExtensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems in commercial/critical facilitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)Strong organizational skills and collaborative management stylePreferred:Experience with energy management and efficiency programsFamiliarity with computerized maintenance management systemsKnowledge of environmental health and safety regulationsExperience in developing and implementing standard processes for utility consumption reportingThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
