Egg Collective is seeking a thoughtful, human-forward People & Operations Coordinator to partner with our Managing Director and run day-to-day HR and admin functions in our Brooklyn-based facility. You will oversee employee data, payroll coordination, policy updates, and benefits administration while upholding our values. The role blends HR, operations, policy, and culture in a fast-paced environment.
