Tag's Hometown Bar & Grill is in search of experienced Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be part of an exciting atmosphere where sports, great food, and fantastic service come together! Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly Serve food and drinks to guests with professionalism and attention to detail Anticipate guest needs and address any concerns or special requests promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and server station Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Upsell menu items and promote current specials and promotions Handle guest payments accurately and efficiently, including processing cash and credit transactions Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent service and support a positive work environment Requirements Previous experience as a Server in a high-volume restaurant or sports bar setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of food and beverage menus, including specials and promotions Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be 18 or older Must maintain currrent TABC and Food Handler's Certificate #J-18808-Ljbffr Torsap Thai Kitchen
