MotorWorld Sales Liaison

Are you a people person with a talent for building strong relationships? MotorWorld is seeking a motivated, customer-focused team member to serve as a liaison between our Service and Sales departments across all 12 new-car brands.

In this role, you will connect with service customers to help them understand the value of their current vehicle, explore potential trade-in opportunities, and determine whether upgrading to a new vehicle makes sense for their needs.

This full-time position offers $15 per hour, along with performance-based earning opportunities. The schedule consists of a flexible 40-hour workweek, with some Saturdays required.

Essential Duties

• Engage with service customers to discuss opportunities to sell or trade their current vehicles.
• Prepare competitive trade-in and purchase offers for customers to review with their service paperwork.
• Review customers' vehicle equity positions and present upgrade opportunities when appropriate.
• Follow up with customers after their visits to answer questions, discuss their offers, and assist those who are ready to move forward.
• Collaborate closely with the Service and Sales teams to provide a seamless, customer-focused experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum of two years of sales experience; customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficiency with computer software and internet applications, and general mathematics skills.
