Cash operations specialist

The Cash Operations Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing, application, reconciliation, and reporting of cash receipts across multiple business units. This role supports customer accounts, ensures compliance with financial controls, investigates payment exceptions, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to resolve cash-related issues. The position plays a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This is a Hybrid position. Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant finance operations, cash application, accounts receivable, accounting, or payment processing experience
• Willingness and ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes
• Accounts receivable or cash application experience
• Familiarity with banking platforms and electronic payment methods

salary: $26 - $26.75 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: High School
