We can work with both Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC). Responsibilities Provide both group and individual therapy and update notes. Assess, diagnose and treat mental health and substance use disorders through individual, group, and family therapy. Facilitate patients' access to community resources and conduct therapeutic groups. Adjust to the needs of a fast‑paced environment, demonstrate effective problem‑solving skills, and display proficient oral and written communication skills. Maintain accurate documentation using the EPIC electronic charting system. Qualifications Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) required. License must be current and unencumbered in New Mexico, or ability to obtain licensure before starting. Experience in clinical therapy and facilitating therapeutic groups required.
