PH Registered Nurse 1, 2, or 3

Location Cherokee County Living Bridge Clinic (Ryan White) - Canton, GA Responsibilities Under supervision, provide professional nursing care in accordance with nurse protocols, policies and/or procedures. Work within the following programs HIV, STI, PrEP and nPEP. Focus on prevention of illness, injury or disability. Promote health and maintenance of the population. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university, completion of a PHN course within one year of hire, current Georgia Registered Professional Nurse license, CPR certification. No experience required. CBH accepts educational credentials recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and/or the U.S. Department of Education (DOE). Preferred Qualifications One year of public health experience. Bilingual English/Spanish. Experience with HIV, STI care, treatment and prevention. Legal Requirements All positions require criminal history record check. Required education credentials, license, certification and/or registration must be submitted prior to employment.
