Job Overview We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to oversee the Provo, UT territory. Starting salary is $75,000 per year, with a potential for a six‑figure income after five years of successful service. New‑hire training will be held in‑person at our Phoenix, AZ campus. Responsibilities Consistently identify and implement event/activity plans for your territory, building awareness of our online academic programs in education, healthcare, and business, and driving inquiry generation. Shape high‑impact partnerships for your territory and execute daily work through informational presentations, calls, and emails, iterating as needed to maximize value. Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students, their families, and partners via in‑person, phone, or email, championing the GCE mission and promoting Grand Canyon University student success. Use out‑of‑the‑box critical‑thinking skills to support prospective Grand Canyon University students through the admissions process, guiding them toward a successful online learning experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. No delinquent or defaulted federal student loan, as verified in your credit report. If in a rehabilitation program, your credit report must reflect that you are current, not delinquent, on your payments. Outstanding time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize competing priorities while traveling. Clear communication skills; comfortable communicating in person, in writing, and on the phone, with well‑developed listening skills. Self‑motivation and drive to succeed; a willingness to volunteer for new challenges without being asked. High emotional intelligence; ability to coach a diverse range of students, each with unique circumstances. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule (clean driving record, use of personal vehicle, availability for evening or weekend events).
