We are on the lookout for an energetic and organized Executive Assistant/Medical Staff Coordinator to support our medical staff and administration. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the pulse of our office, providing critical administrative support while fostering essential relationships with our healthcare professionals. What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and manage the schedules, tasks, and communications for our medical staff and executive team.
• Prepare and organize meetings, including documenting minutes and following up on action items.
• Support credentialing operations for medical staff, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
• Enable seamless communication between medical staff and hospital administration.
• Assist in special projects and initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of our healthcare delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a medical staff coordination.

• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain discretion in sensitive matters.
