Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 18 months combined permanent experience in ICU specialty required. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand at the time of submission. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required and must be active at the time of submission. Must-Have: - Minimum of 18 months recent ICU experience. - Traveler must work at least every other holiday. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments required during orientation. - An acceptable score on both assessments is required. - One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required. - Background hits of any kind will be reviewed. - Must be nicotine-free unless exempt. Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a night shift in the ICU. This position involves working with critically ill patients requiring intensive care management. The nurse will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care. Experience in a surgical intensive care unit is preferred, but relevant travel experience will be accepted. Candidates must possess strong clinical skills and the ability to handle complex patient situations. A successful candidate will be committed to maintaining patient safety and delivering compassionate care. All required certifications should be current and readily available. Nurses are expected to uphold professional standards and participate in continuing education. Compliance with organizational policies and adherence to safety protocols is essential.
