Based in Ocala, Florida, USA, Tideman Marine operates a cutting-edge facility dedicated to designing and constructing welded HDPE vessels and custom marine products.We are seeking experienced Boat Builders to join our team in a fast-paced, small industrial boat manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in boat manufacturing, demonstrate strong blueprint reading skills, and be proficient with both power and hand tools.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble hulls in accordance with blueprints and technical drawingsPerform layout, fitting, welding, and final assembly of componentsOperate power tools and hand tools safely and efficientlyInspect parts and completed products to ensure quality standards are metMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentCollaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesIdentify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencyCompensation: $21–$23/hour, based on experience and qualificationsRequirementsMinimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience in boat building or marine fabrication requiredStrong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsProficiency with power tools (drills, grinders, saws, etc.) and hand toolsExperience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with tight production timelinesAdditional RequirementsMust successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background checkThis employer uses E-Verify
