Mechanical Assembly Operator   

• $24ph 
• 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm 
• Manitowoc, WI 

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in the Manitowoc area. This role involves operating production equipment, assembling components, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including ovens, washers, conveyors, and forming/bending machines
• Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools and fixtures
• Inspect finished components and perform minor repairs as needed
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings
• Maintain production standards for quality, efficiency, and safety
• Complete required documentation and basic computer entry
• Lift, move, and position materials and components throughout the production process
• Work collaboratively within a team-oriented manufacturing environment

#Manitowoc1 

• 2–3 years of experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measuring tools
• Experience operating production or fabrication equipment preferred
• Comfortable performing hands-on, physical work throughout the shift
• Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation
• Ability to complete on-the-job training within the first 60 days
