Assistant Manager

Location: 1120 SE 3rd ST, Bend, OR, 97702 Skills Pizza Assistant Manager Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Bend location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pizza and a proven track record of success in a similar role. Key Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and high-quality food. Train and develop team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations. Manage inventory and ordering to ensure adequate supplies are on hand. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Open the store to the public at its given time. Turn on all heavy machinery needed. Count registers and verify counts match end-of-day counts. Manage safe responsibilities during the shift and transfer the safe to the incoming manager at closing. Upload daily reports and manage daily spreadsheets for inventory and projections. Oversee employees during their shift and resolve customer requests. Complete all Zenput tasks. Close registers at end of day, ensure cleaning tasks are completed. Properly hand over the safe at closing and lock up the store. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pizza industry. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Additional Information We require a keyholder and the ability to handle safe operations.
