Contract Length: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 hours

Shift Requirements: 8hr Mids/8hr variables
**any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
Weekends: Every other
Holidays: As needed
Float Requirements: Throughout facility within a 60 mile radius
On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Certifications: WI RN, AHA BLS
Minimum Experience: 2+ years experience REQUIRED & 1 completed contract (preferred)
Charting Experience Required: EPIC Preferred
Required Skillset: Worked in LTC/Assisted Living and Rehab
Skilled Nursing Facility
Patient Ratio: 1:10 in Rehab & 1:24 LTC/Assisted Living (with CNA assistance of 1:10 ratio)
