Customer Sales Representative

### About the Role

My Derma Dream is looking for a remote Customer Sales Representative to assist US customers through inbound and outbound sales calls. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, understands customer needs, and can guide customers toward suitable products.

This position is performance-based, with compensation provided through sales commissions.

### Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers
* Build rapport and understand customer needs
* Ask discovery questions and recommend suitable products
* Explain product features and benefits
* Handle customer questions and objections
* Follow up with leads and sales opportunities
* Close sales and work toward revenue targets
* Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM
* Attend sales training and coaching sessions

### Requirements

* Previous sales experience preferred
* Strong English communication skills
* Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
* Good listening and communication skills
* Able to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
* Comfortable handling sales objections
* Self-motivated and target-oriented
* Reliable internet connection
* Suitable work-from-home setup
* Available to work 6 days per week during US business hours
* Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure
