Hotel General Manager Location: San Antonio, Texas area Salary: $95K - $110K + Bonus We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the overall operations of both the hotel and restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, and financial success. - Lead day-to-day hotel and restaurant operations.
- Oversee Food & Beverage operations , including restaurant service, staffing, cost controls, and quality standards.
- Drive revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency across both areas.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Maintain exceptional guest service and ensure brand and quality standards are consistently met.
- Manage budgets, labor costs, inventory, and overall financial performance.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and service-focused culture.
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or senior hospitality leader .
- Strong Food & Beverage/Restaurant management experience is required.
- Demonstrated success managing both hotel and restaurant operations.
- Strong financial, leadership, and operational management skills.
- High-energy, hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and guest service.
