This Family Medicine Obstetrics Physician will:
• Read and evaluate lab reports, x-ray results, and consultation reports and records, relaying information and, if necessary, treatment plans to patients
• Provide comprehensive family medicine services to women of all ages
• Manage obstetric care, including prenatal, and postnatal services
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
• Full Benefits Offered (401k, PTO, CME, License/Dues Funded by Practice)
• Join a large group practice with 2 Offices - 1 in Jacksonville and 1 in Jacksonville Beach
• Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 4:30pm, Friday - ½ day

Education Required
Doctorate of Medicine

Education Preferred
Doctorate of Medicine

Experience
• Completion of MD or DO program required
• Experience preferred though not required

License and Certification
• Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine
• Have or be eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license required
• Current unrestricted DEA required
