This position will be full-time and hybrid in Concord, NH. What You'll DoMonitors and analyzes Help Desk requests; performs initial triage, evaluation, second tier resolution, or transfers requests to a senior level technician as neededCreates and manages DHCP reservation records utilizing Microsoft DHCP ServerSMB network scanning including Windows File Server management, Folder, and Share securityNetwork Printing AdministrationDeployments - involves managing print servers, configuring printer queues & ensuring proper permissions are set for usersRemovals - safely decommissioning printers from networks making sure user access is removed & associated data handled properlyScanning/Troubleshooting - addressing issues related to network connectivity, printer malfunctions & user problems. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
