Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager
A growing engineering firm is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure and land development projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who wants to take on greater responsibility in project management, client development, technical leadership, and mentoring.
Responsibilities:
- Lead civil design projects from planning through completion
- Manage project schedules, budgets, teams, and client relationships
- Design and oversee site development, grading, stormwater, water, sanitary sewer, and roadway projects
- Perform hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, permitting, and green infrastructure design
- Support construction administration and inspection activities
- Mentor junior engineers and lead design teams
- Assist with proposals, marketing, business development, and client development
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- PE license or ability to obtain one
- 8+ years of civil engineering experience
- Experience with public and private-sector projects
- Strong background in land development and/or municipal infrastructure
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
