La Fondation LA MAISON DE PIERRE pour la personne handicape uvre dans le champ du handicap depuis + de
20 ans. Elle est gestionnaire dune Maison dAccueil Temporaire situe Bouvelinghem (62) qui accueille des enfants
( partir de 6 ans), adolescents et adultes.
La structure accompagne tous types de handicap par le biais de ses deux maisons :
- La maison des enfants : file active de 75 80 enfants ;
- La maison des adultes : file active de 120 130 adultes.
Le dcret de laccueil temporaire nous permet daccueillir des personnes domicilies dans le Pas-de-Calais, le Nord,
autres dpartements de la rgion Hauts de France et rgion parisienne.

Description du poste
Sous lautorit du conseil dadministration, de son prsident et de son dlgu gnral, vous assurerez la gestion
globale des activits de la structure : projet dtablissement, management RH (une trentaine de salaris), gestion
budgtaire, gestion scurit, conformit rglementaire, reprsentation et relations institutionnelles, relations avec les
familles, et contribuez la dynamique de la structure.
Vous animez avec votre chef(fe) de service ducatif, les quipes pluridisciplinaires, conduisez les projets existants,
initiez des nouveaux projets veillez la continuit, la qualit des accompagnements et la scurit des locaux.
Vous savez rassembler vos quipes autour de projets communs et travailler en vritable collaboration. La dimension
humaine est prpondrante pour ce poste.
Missions principales :
- Assurer la direction gnrale de La Maison De Pierre ;
- Garantir la qualit et la continuit de laccompagnement des personnes accueillies ;
- Piloter la gestion administrative, financire et budgtaire ;
- Encadrer et animer les quipes pluridisciplinaires ;
- Entretenir et dvelopper les partenariats avec les acteurs locaux et institutionnels ;
- Veiller au respect des normes rglementaires ;
- Veiller au respect du projet dtablissement et du projet associatif de la Fondation.
Profil recherch
Profil :
- La Connaissance du secteur mdico-social et des politiques publiques associes ;
- La Connaissance du champ du handicap est un plus ;
- Capacits relationnelles, sens de lorganisation et leadership.
Niveau d'tude ou exprience requise :
- Niveau de diplme I (bac + 5 ou plus) ;
- Exprience dans lencadrement dquipe apprcie.
Expertises/Technicits exiges :
- Bonnes connaissances et approches des relations humaines.
Aptitudes personnelles requises :
- Gestion administrative et financire ;
- Management dquipe ;
- Connaissance de lenvironnement et des dispositifs mdico-sociaux ;
- Connaissance de la rglementation du champ du handicap (est un plus) ;
- Connaissance des problmatiques lies au public accueilli ou accompagn ;
- Capacit entretenir et dvelopper des partenariats ;
- Sens de lorganisation ;
- Capacits de dcision ;
- Management de la qualit : connaissance de la rglementation (normes, exigences diverses, ) ;
- Animation de la qualit (suivi, gestion de lquipe, amlioration continue) ;
- Audits internes/externe - gestion des valuations ;
Conditions :
Rmunration : Selon CCN66.
Date de dbut : le 01 octobre 2026 au plus tt
