Pediatric Physical Therapist Opportunity

Therapy Discoveries and Speech & Language Rehabilitation Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate physical therapist to join our established pediatric therapy team in Dunn.

We have proudly served our community for over 30 years and are committed to providing high-quality therapy services in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and supportive administrative staff.

We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. This is an in-office pediatric therapy role with no travel required. If you are looking for a stable practice with strong referrals, full caseload potential, and a positive team culture, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Providing high-quality pediatric physical therapy services
• Documenting progress and communicating effectively with families and providers
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Supporting children in developing gross motor, strength, balance, coordination, and functional mobility skills

Qualifications include:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure
• Passion for working with pediatric clients
• Strong communication skills
• Strong documentation skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
