ESRI/ArcGIS Specialist

Job Summary The ArcGIS Developer provides support by maintaining and enhancing the ArcGIS Enterprise platform, which offers geospatial analysis, data management, and visualization capabilities. The role involves developing and managing geospatial data workflows, integrating data from systems such as CAPTURE, and creating custom Python scripts for ETL processes. You will configure and optimize ArcGIS components—including ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, and ArcGIS Data Store—while ensuring compliance with FedRAMP and other government security standards. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting system performance and supporting role-based access control. The developer collaborates with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable geospatial solutions. Job Duties Maintain and enhance ArcGIS Enterprise platform. Develop and manage geospatial data workflows and ETL processes using Python. Configure and optimize ArcGIS components, ensuring FedRAMP compliance. Troubleshoot system performance and support role-based access control. Create advanced mapping and spatial analysis solutions for law-enforcement missions. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable geospatial solutions. Basic Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development roles. Bachelor's degree; 1.5 years of additional experience can substitute for 1 year of a typical degree program. Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Preferred Qualifications Experience utilizing or developing ArcGIS tools. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $91,872 – $137,808 (dependent on experience and qualifications). The role may be eligible for incentive compensation.
