We are seeking a Cooks And Cashiers to join our dedicated kitchen and front staff! You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in our kitchen.
Cook Responsibilities:
- Prepare all served food
- Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, plate appearance, and portions
- Follow standard recipes
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Take orders from guests
- Ring in orders on POS system
- Ensure orders are correct before handing out
- Cash handling
- Sweep, mop, clean and sanitize dining room, clean restrooms, empty trash cans, plus more
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cooking preferred, but not necessary
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to count money
- Listening skills required
- Friendly attitude
- Open availability a must
